Add automatic connection for the stream and all platforms to which tha is connected.

It would be fine to add auto connect when I start broadcasting on the rtmp stream so it connects and then the server evaluates that it has run out of stream and switches it off. And then auto connect checkbox of each platform and output it too. And if it doesn't get output after some attempts it disconnects.

The same would be good for SRT. It doesn't disconnect in an outage, but it always connects.
