Organograms - Senior info showing twice #564

It looks like every senior person is showing twice in the pop-up info box.

The CSV its generated from looks fine - ie doesn't have the duplicate

I also tried it for EA top post and get the same problem: https://data.gov.uk/organogram/environment-agency/2016-09-30

I fixed this and deployed to production
