A clear path as to how we can expand the languages offered on this site. A way to switch between them in the front end.

This is a little tough because we've moved away from the default VuePress content/template relationship. We might have to roll our own solution for this!

I've had good luck with using transifex.com and https://crowdin.com/

Oh wow, those are intense! The VuePress standard is to just make a directory for your content in other languages and use locales in config:
https://vuepress.vuejs.org/guide/i18n.html

Our content is stored separately from our views for the sake of implementing Netlify CMS, so it will take some finagling to get this to work. Plus we need people to do translations.
