I only find codes of ch3、ch4、ch9.
Can someone tell me where are the other chapters's code?

Look in archive/, the book's code is in there. Around when when Tensorflow moved to version 1.0, they moved the code to the archive/ folder and started rewriting some of it with the 1.0 API.
