[Feature Request] Add a always darken option at domain level

Current Interface

Extension: On Auto Off
Domain: Tick (Inherit) Cross (Off), e.g. github.com

Proposed Interface

Extension: On Auto Off
Domain: On Inherit (previously Tick) Off (previously Cross), e.g. github.com

How I use DarkReader

1. For sites that have their own dark theme or badly broken by DarkReader, I set domain dark mode to Cross
2. For sites that don't have their own dark theme or slightly broken by DarkReader, domain dark mode will be Tick, and occasionally I will toggle the extension On and Off to see some stuff properly
3. Problem: For sites that don't have their own dark theme and not broken by DarkReader, I would like these pages to be always darkened, but since I can only set them as "inherit", they become undarkened by my toggling from pt 2
4. I propose to allow 3 options for Domain On, Inherit, and Off, basically adding an always darken On option
