[Bug] Dark Reader causes certain pages to render 1/2 outside the viewport.

Prerequisites

• I searched for any existing report about this bug to avoid opening a duplicate.
• I can reproduce this bug in a new, unmodified web browser profile with Dark Reader installed as the only extension.
• I understand I need to use the Broken Website Report template if this bug I am reporting occurs on a single website.

Bug Description

This has started solely today. I did update my system yesterday, although I don't know whether Firefox was updated (its version number is identical to yesterday's).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/40_Beta/Spins/x86_64/iso/Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-40_Beta-1.10.iso.
2. Install https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/firefox/124.0.2/2.fc40/x86_64/firefox-124.0.2-2.fc40.x86_64.rpm.
3. Install (and enable) https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/4260787/darkreader-4.9.82.xpi.
4. • Visit https://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=168525; or:
   • 1. Visit https://app.addy.io/aliases.
     2. Attempt to create a new alias (to invoke the dialog).

Expected Behavior

It should render entirely within the browser (tab) viewport.

Actual Behavior

It renders 1/2 above or below.
