Hi there, please provide some info about your enviornment before submiting this issue:

  • device : virtual box
  • OS : ubuntu 16.04
  • email client : outlook 2013
  • node version : 6.11.4
  • npm version : 3.10.10
  • error message : Im having some trouble to get my signatures to work on outlook.. i ve tried the 2 solutions but the images are not loaded and the structure of the signature differs from the original. Anyone has some suggestions to make it work?

Hi there,
Regarding images: are you using local paths? Those get embedded as base64 and Outlook 2013 might not support it (try uploading the images somewhere if that's the case).

I don't have access to a machine with Outlook 2013, therefore I'm not able to test it out myself :/
Perhaps somebody else will pitch in with some tips...

Just to pitch in - I have the same issue. I have a mixed environment. Outlook 2013 signatures miss font styling, elements are missplaced. The same signature on Outlook 2016 renders just fine.
