Feature Request: Timezone aware y-axis #217

I'd like to be able have the time in my timezone.

Currently I see:

If I migrate to time series

I can then use my browser's timezone

this fixes it

I'm happy to create a PR for the Grafana, but not sure where that repo is.

oh, I see the dashboards in celery-mixin/dashboards/. I'll get a PR together
