Add documentation for select features in plantcv.learn and plantcv.parallel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some users prefer to perform as many steps as possible in Jupyter notebooks (rather than directly in the terminal) so there's an argument to add select features from plantcv.learn and plantcv.parallel into updating.md, and documentation pages if they don't already exist.
