Hyperspectral data file from tutorial #1379

Hi, I'm trying to calculate spectral indices for multispectral images that i have. I dont have it in hdr or 'envi' formats (i have a bunch of tiff files with known wavelength band). I'm new at this field and I need to check my calculations. So, i am wondering, if there any chances that this file "ee362e84-c861-4f0d-abbb-215ac58eed60_data" in the tutorial on spectral data is available to download on Git or somewhere? Hi @Pyshisticks thanks for opening this issue. You should be able to download our HSI from the tutorial here. We'd also be happy to expand PlantCV functionality to handle your data format too, as long as you're able to share a sample image. |
