Test failures should be display even when running at log level 1 #5

Log level 1 displays dots for each test (passed is green and failed is red). The issue is that if a test fails you have no idea why, you just see a red dot. You would have to run the tests again with the log level of at least 2 or higher.

To make log level 1 useful I think it should display failure test messages that way log level 1 is basically only show me the output for tests that failed. I don't see the usefulness of a log level that only shows dots even if there is a failure.

That sounds useful, yes.
I implemented this recently for the dalek grunt plugin & will port the chances back to the console reporter.
