Unable to Import D3plus in TypeScript (Vue3 + Nuxt 3)

I'm encountering an issue while trying to import D3plus into a TypeScript project. Currently, there are no TypeScript type definitions (@types/d3plus) available in the DefinitelyTyped registry.

When attempting to import D3plus in a TypeScript file (import * as d3plus from "d3plus"), I receive the following error:

"Could not find a declaration file for module 'd3plus'. '../node_modules/d3plus/es/index.js' implicitly has an 'any' type.
Try npm i --save-dev @types/d3plus if it exists or add a new declaration (.d.ts) file containing `declare module 'd3plus';"

Is there any plan to provide official TypeScript type definitions for D3plus in the future? If not, are there recommended approaches for using D3plus with TypeScript?
