Set default order for SQL Request

We can have different results if a LIMIT is set to the SQL level.
To avoid different orders in the situations when a limit is set or not, it could be useful to set a default order for these requests

When massive tests are run, the 1st line of the project list without a max and offset is not the same is max/offset is set.

Currently, the ProjectSearchTest still fail later in the same test of this commit
