The FCS standard allows an FCS file to have multiple data sets in them. We already account for this somewhat with ImportOp.data_set.

TODO - add a GUI option to load all the data sets in an FCS file.

TODO - fix cytoflow.scripts.split_fcs. It seems -- half-done?
