Template for 12 and 13

Is it possible to create a theme that supports 12 and 13 in the same code?

If you support CM13 only features that are not present in CM12, your theme may refuse to install. Otherwise, yes.

I have a theme created based in 12 what musst i do that it works with 13 too?

My themes work on both, just add the new stuff on cm13 but keep in mind new
things will not work on cm12. If it's something drastic like using package
name resources like @*com.android.vending:color/play_white then it will
break CM12 so if you want to support both in one apk don't use those
goodies. Like the New battery vectors will not work..etc
