POLR_VERSION not Updated in .env

Expected Behavior

• I updated polr 2.1.1 to 2.3.0
• Exactly like described in User Guide » Upgrading
• "About" (/about-polr) still shows old Version number 2.1.1
• New features like QR-Code generation are available and working, so Update was successful but version-number didn't change.

Current Behavior

In File .env there is POLR_VERSION=2.1.1 which is used for displaying Version in "About"

Possible Solution

Manually update .env - is this the way you suggest? Or should it be updated when running "php artisan migrate"?
