define last messages owner in the list

cant see whos the last message, yours or the other neurone

because the content is the king, decided to find the place for icon not in the content
so 2 variations:

совсем непонятно к чему это дело относится... надо либо в строчку вставить, либо сделать на одной строчке. степин вариант кстати гораздо более логичен, потому-что там визуально ава не часть элемента
