Better consistency with fonts colors and sizes throughout

As Bowe and I discussed earlier, font sizes and colors are pretty inconsistent throughout the theme. We think it might be nice to come up with a short inventory of the different kinds of text used for content and navigation throughout (maybe 5-6 different kinds). Then, we can decide on color and size for each one, assign LESS rules to each one, and then go through and apply the new styles where appropriate.

Let's use this space for compiling such a list.
