Currently there appear to be multiple released variants of Most:
most@1.8.1 - the README suggests you can keep using this version
@most/core@1.5.0 - the version number is older than most's and also most was published more recently to Npm, but at the same this this seems to be the new version? It has no README

Clearly state which version is currently recommended, which one is deprecated, and which one is still experimental.
