Radio controller starts .wav recording when pass begins, but doesn't end the recording afterwards. Problem occurs in SDR++ and GQRS

I recently reported that bug to ON5RYZ, the author of SDR++, and he fixed it quickly. The latest nightly build of SDR++ works fine. Please note that there is still a bug in Gpredict (v2.2.1) that causes the same problem when Autotrack is enabled.
