form participants are prompted to support cryptpad development, even if they are guest users.

Steps to reproduce

1. visit https://<instance>/pad/ to create a document and indirectly create a guest drive
   • assuming the visited instance has not disabled this functionality. I had visited cryptpad.fr
2. wait a few months and forget about your guest drive
3. visit a form link as a participant
4. answer or dismiss the prompt to store the form in your drive
5. get prompted to support cryptpad's development

Expected behavior

this dialog could be suppressed for edge cases like this where the user's primary goal is filling out a form that someone shared with them. I imagine click-through rates from this sort of interaction would be low anyway.
