Recent changes in dropdown menus probably caused this

Steps to reproduce

  1. open notifications menu
  2. hover over a notification to close it
  3. notice that the close button makes the rounded corners go sharp

Expected behavior

Hover over the close button should not alter the roundedness of corners

- Created square angles on the right side of the notification dropdown
  when hovering above the dismiss (❌) button
- Fix #1465
