Contacts page loads indefinitely

Description

For some accounts, the contact page is inaccessible as the 'loading' animation seems stuck and the page content doesn't appear.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into account
2. Access /contacts page
3. The spiral animation indicating loading does not disappear, even after refresh

The loading animation should disappear shortly after page is accessed, allowing user to interact with the content.
