Long author list does not flip page

Describe the bug
I've been trying to knit an article with a very long author list. However, the long list seems not to start on a new page. Half of them cannot be shown on the first page since it's too long. Is this a bug?
Here's an easy replicate of the codes with the problem. Also with the generated pdf.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, this seems to be a problem with the apa6 document class and I don't know the answer to this one. But maybe you can take the resulting TeX-file and ask the question on https://tex.stackexchange.com/. If you do, it would be great if you could share the link to the question here? If you find a solution, please also let me know. Maybe this is something I can fix in
papaja.

Page breaking does work when you set class: "man". Maybe this is a workaround until you find a better solution.

Thanks for the reply! Indeed it works with manuscript class. It's just 'jou' that does not work correctly.
