Limit changes to /downloads/

Hi @crazy-max,

To limit exposure of all the content of the pod and prevent users from polluting directories
It should be best to change line 31 of /var/www/rutorrent/conf/config.php

$topDirectory = '/';
by
$topDirectory = '/'downloads/;
