Temp folder in .rtorrent.rc

Hello I wanted to modify the temporary folders but I can't find the option for .rtorrent.rc

I would like a temporary folder /downloads/123 and when finished move them to /downloads/456

I tried to put

cfg.download_complete, private|const|string, (cat,(cfg.download),"456/")
cfg.download_temp, private|const|string, (cat,(cfg.download),"123/")

But it does not work

Just use AutoTools

and what should I do to completely disable temp and complete folders?
I just want to have straight path for a download.
