Need to know Whether there is IR receiver in this thermostat.

Version/revision of the library used

Typically located in the library.json & src/IRremoteESP8266.h files in the root directory of the library.
e.g. v2.0.0, or 'master' as at 1st of June, 2017. etc.

Describe the bug

This is not a defect, and its an enquiry since I dont have much knowledge on the AC's and IR codes.
I have an

thermostat which is a Hitachi Model duct AC. and we wanted to Turn it ON and off using esp8266.
I see a red dot in the thermostat and I assume its an IR receiver, kindly confirm if you have an idea.
Plus I saw the Hitachi model library file and there are many AC modules. Let me know which one would match for this.
