The above CVE is "critical" and patched in the following versions:

6.13.23
7.4.11
7.11.6
7.12.5
7.13.0

Are there plans to build any of these?

As a quick workaround I forked this repo and updated the version manually:
https://github.com/dsteinkopf/docker-atlassian-confluence
https://hub.docker.com/r/dsteinkopf/docker-atlassian-confluence

But the goal is to upgrade to the official image:
https://hub.docker.com/r/atlassian/confluence-server/
