Problem CCOMPS is not submittable #1271

In https://cp-algorithms.com/graph/search-for-connected-components.html, one of the practice problems is SPOJ: CCOMPS, which cannot be submitted, because it is hidden. Maybe it should be removed from the list, and replaced with some other problems.
