transcribe code_generation.pdf into markdown file

There are several problems with the current document:

• it is a slideshow, making it hard to read in its current form
• performace: I can barely read it because it slows down my computer so much
• It isn't easily editable, not a good quality for documentation.

I would do it myself, but like I said, my computer can barely handle the webpage.
