go-critic installation failure #111

OS: Ubuntu 18.0.4
golang: go version go1.13.1 linux/amd64
Branch: master

When I run a "make" I am getting the following error:

go: github.com/golangci/golangci-lint@v1.17.1 requires
	github.com/go-critic/go-critic@v0.0.0-20181204210945-1df300866540: invalid pseudo-version: does not match version-control timestamp (2019-05-26T07:48:19Z)
Makefile:99: recipe for target 'get_tools' failed

I've installed go-critic universally as well and still no go.

seems this was a golangci issue. were you able to solve it?
