Table default.otel_traces does not exist

Coroot's Helm chart installs the OpenTelemetry Collector, which creates all the required tables in ClickHouse and exports traces to it.

@JellyZero, it doesn't look like the docs cover other Coroot features such as Clickhouse, Otel or Pyroscope:

I'm not a maintainer, but highly suggest using the helm chart if you plan on using more advanced features of Coroot, especially as it gets more involved with the node-agent gathering eBPF and otel gathering logs and traces.. it might not be something that can be supported in a docker/docker-compose based deployment.
