[Bug]: cannot get access token when accessing repositories via GitHub app

Description

When using a GitHub app to access private repositories, Coolify fails to get the access token when creating a repository and fetching a repository for an existing resource as well.

Minimal Reproduction (if possible, example repository)

1. Add a GitHub app to Coolify
2. Create a new resource using the GitHub app
3. Select the GitHub app
4. Observe error

Exception or Error

Error: Failed to get access token for [name of github app] with error: 'Expiration time' claim ('exp') must be a numeric value representing the future time at which the assertion expires
