Imported Entries does not publish as expected #1069

It shows ✔ Publishing Content Entries (1s) when I run the command import but actually it did not.

Steps to Reproduce

The following is my import config
import_config.json
{ "spaceId": "p2cerwtzcat9", "managementToken": "kGXIGdcG1g2Elhh-b1ihhBEw4cAZOSU3G5S3FXFEYRY", "contentFile":"university.json", "skipContentPublishing": false }

contentFile
university.json
universityCountries.json

command:
contentful space import --config import_config.json
