Add i18n functionality and two locales

Hey Stefan. Do you know what solution you'd like to go with yet? i.e. - community plugin or some of the other options linked via the latter comments in this issue mccrodp/gatsby-starter-contentful-i18n#3 I'd like to make i18n stronger in Gatsby, by making the community plugin stronger first rather than rolling a custom solution, but my knowledge somewhat limited at the moment.
