No additional components
Select to deploy to existing bootstrapped maas cloud
Select credentials added via previous conjure-up run (using existing creds produces same results however)
Select existing self-hosted maas controller
Select Flannel network plugin
Leave sudo password blank
leave all charm configs at defaults
Deploy

Believe this is libjuju related, thanks for testing the latest juju against conjure-up, we'll get this looked at
