Twitch as an integration (in channel's chat as I understand) would require IRC, this API could be only used to obtain OAuth needed to log in on IRC, but there are already websites to obtain that key.

EDIT: For anyone looking into Twitch integration now, just use Concierge's irc integration and search for instructions for logging into Twitch's IRC interface.
