Tributors Release v0.0.12

This release of tributors adds the ability to update the shared cache, the .tributors file, from a lookup. All of the previously included files (e.g., zenodo, codemeta, allcontrib) can be used as lookups, and we also add malimap. The action then exposes this parameter as update_lookup, a single list of names akin to parsers.
