Describe the bug
sysimage_build_args cannot be passed to create_sysimage

Version of the package:
master

Expected behavior
I just read https://discourse.julialang.org/t/packagecompiler-reduce-system-image/97952/6?u=xgdgsc and trying to pass those flags.
