Duplicate entities showing in browse but search or within MySQL

I've recently been pruning some entities that have been duplicated and such. There are a couple that have only one instance in the actual database but continues to appear in duplicate on the browser end. I've purged deleted, rebuilt all the indices, and looked at the actual database. I've also cleared my cache on my browser. When I edit one, the other one changes on the browse view as well. I've also noticed that the entities affected show their duplicates with a few others between them.
