Integrate taxonomy in collective.collectionfilter

Right now, added taxonomies are usable in Collections, but not in collectionfilter.
To make that happen it seems we have to add metadata columns with the name as we add indexes.
And we need to resolve the translated titles and provide it in a IGroupByModifier.
