configure: error: libproj or sqlite3 not found in standard or given locations. #694

Describe the bug
My R is 4.2.1
When install terra, always error
configure: error: libproj or sqlite3 not found in standard or given locations.
ERROR: configuration failed for package ‘terra’

I have done following:
yum install libsqlite3x.x86_64
yum install gdal-devel proj-devel sqlite-devel geos-devel
yum install gdal-devel proj-devel sqlite-devel geos-devel --nobest
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib64/pkgconfig:$PKG_CONFIG_PATH

To Reproduce
install.packages("terra")

traceback()

  • removing ‘/home/curry3/R/x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu-library/4.2/terra’
