Using real API calls for fees can cause the tests to somtimes fail:

    com.coinblesk.server.exceptions.CoinbleskInternalError: Bitstamp currency rate currently not available.
        at com.coinblesk.server.service.ForexBitcoinService.getBitstampCurrentRateBTCUSD(ForexBitcoinService.java:82)
        at com.coinblesk.server.service.ForexBitcoinService$$FastClassBySpringCGLIB$$71aa68c8.invoke(<generated>)
