MibS execution without retrieving solution file

Dear MibS-Team,

thanks for the development and maintaining of MibS!
By using MibS I face the problem, that no solution files can be retrieved, and after displaying

Branching strategy is to branch on all variables with fractional values.
Benders binary cut generator is on.
Generalized no-good cut generator is on.
Fractional cuts will be generated.
solveSecondLevelWhenXYVarsInt is set.
solveSecondLevelWhenLVarsFixed is set.
computeBestUBWhenLVarsFixed is set.
Linking solution pool will be used.

in the cmd-line it terminates without printing any further information nor writing a result or log file to the working directory.
I tested it for two compiled versions of MibS MibS-releases.1.2.0-i686-w64-mingw32 and MibS-releases.1.2.0-w64-msvc17-md (with VS + C-plugin installed) on OS:Win11 with an i7 facing the same problem.
The files are initially created by pao, but it does not seem that the problem is located at a corrupted file-format, as I face the same issue for the provided files in #107 that have been executed successfully with MibS 1.2.
The files used for testing are attached below.
