2013年に立ち上がった CoderDojo は現在アクティブではないため、恐らくデータの動きが無いとその年の項目を HighCharts 側で非表示にしているっぽい...? 👀 💭

Dojo のデータは https://github.com/coderdojo-japan/coderdojo.jp/blob/main/db/dojos.yaml から確認できるため、DB 上のデータが損失されているわけではないことは確認済みです 👀 ✅ (なので描画側の設定を修正すれば直りそう 🤔)
