As a renter, I want to tell ecocyle why my landlord denied my recycling request so that they can collect those reasons to plan potential next steps.

TOP REASONS WHY LL'S DENY THEIR TENANTS THIS SERVICE:
People won't use it right
It's too expensive
There's no room in the enclosure
There's no room on the property for a recycling bin
Contractual issues
Other

Ideally this would show up as a pie chart or some other visual graphic for the top reasons, the "other" reason will have to be typed and won't be part of the pie chart. A link to the survey would have to be incorporated which automatically updates to the page. If this is too complicated, we can just have the survey link and no visual graphic, no big deal :)
