Hey I don't know how everyone else is feeling, but I would prefer using haml over HTML.

Interesting! So if the code of conduct was written as code_of_conduct.haml, we'd include it elsewhere as {% haml code_of_conduct.haml %}

Since we're not using GitHub Pages this unofficial plugin will work directly!
