My students are not able to see the screen properly.
The students are using Chromebooks that were bought in bulk, so they are all the same model and they are all on the same wireless network.

The login works, but the screen will not show properly. I have taken screenshots of the student experience.

Although the students can muddle through it, I have to lend a lot of assistance to make this work.

If I log in using my credentials, teacher credentials, to the same computer, same wifi network it is fine.

I know this has something to do with something being filtered or blocked by either Google Workspace or GoGuardian, but I am stuck. I have whitelisted everything that Code Combat has provided in GoGuardian and Google Workspace.

Any ideas where to look?

@azrugger98 we would need to know what network requests are failing to assist you. Can you tell us that information?

This is NOT a network request that is failing.
If I log in on the same machine with teacher credentials it appears fine.
If I log in with student credentials it appears like the above images that are incorrect..

Can you help us with errors from the developer console for the student? It can be a machine or browser thing.

Also, there are different network requests that happen for teachers and students so it could also still be an issue.

We can't help you till you provide us with the logs from the developer console or network tab. If we can reproduce the issue somehow, we can provide the solution.

If you load the student account from a different machine or network, does it work?

Part of the problem I am faced with is that the environment that I am in does not allow us to use the developer console.
Did I mention this is for a detention center for youth?

So I have narrowed it down to a setting within Google admin for this particular OU.
I moved a test account I created from the student OU to a test OU in order to enable the developer tools and viola it worked without issue.
I was using a machine that had not been updated and the site was presented properly. The account was prompted to restart to update and when I logged back into the test account still in the original OU the site was back to horrible.
I did un-restrict javascript execution.
