Per thread on 25 March 2020 in #power-of-attorney slack, it was discussed that it may be worth putting a notice that, although no PII or form information is tracked/stored/etc, there are cookies in use on the site that do some tracking of visitor information.

This issue is to have that discussion and, if appropriate, track the work to enable said notice.

One alternative would be to delete google cookie tracking altogether. I wonder for example, what value does it provide? Is that worth it?

I think there is value to know if the site is getting used and how users are moving through the site. For example, maybe there is a certain part of the form where everyone is dropping off.
