Make the genre selector background as transparent as the header bar in the youtube homepage

⚬ PROBLEM:

It bothers me to be scrolling and have a massive black bar go across my entire screen the entire time, such as this

⚬ SOLUTION:

Make the background of this as transparent as the "transparent header" option, having the options float there (or cluster together with the header a bit better while scrolling).

⚬ ALTERNATIVES:

A good alternative to this would have this entire section be static on the page, staying at the top while you're scrolling. That way, it stays out of the way, but retains full functionality.

Another option would be to make these smaller and more compact in general, and clustered with the header only on the homepage.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE:

It'd be likely that many people would prefer this to the alternative of having a massive black bar across their screen; but at the same time, I'm really not sure how universal this issue is.

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":

It's probably unlikely anyone would care, it's a very small feature and obviously optional.

⚬ CONTEXT:

btw i am using enhancer for youtube for my theme and some other QoL features, please let me know if this is only an issue due to that
